The Question of Color

I saw a really neat entry on my friend Rebeccas blog. Seems she was at a party, met a guy and had a conversation about favorite colors. She seems pretty smart and it sounds like she gave a lot of thought to her reasons for liking the color yellow (her favorite). Her question was - what is your favorite color (but she spells it colour)?

Mine is purple. Sweet and simple purple. Purple is a strong, royal color and I think everyone likes it, even if they dont realize it. A lot of things are purple - flowers, the sky when the sun sets, fruits, vegetables, and most importantly, it is the color of my favorite pair of shoes!!!

I looked on the internet to find out what it means when you like a color and this is what it said about purple:

Purple embodies the balance of red simulation and blue calm. This dichotomy can cause unrest or uneasiness unless the undertone is clearly defined at which point the purple takes on the characteristics of its undertone. A sense of mystic and royal qualities, purple is a color often well liked by very creative or eccentric types and is the favorite color of adolescent girls.
How the color purple effects us mentally and physically

* Calming to mind and nerves

* Offers a sense of spirituality

* Encourages creativity

I had to look up some of the words in this paragraph, but it seems to me that this color suits me just fine as a favorite color!

Faces

Alright i'm gettin some grieft about not posting faces on my blog when I put snaps up so here is the story behind that.

First off - I dont like to put pictures of Raashida and baby Jesus on their cause I dont want their daddys to have an easy way to see them. i think if they want to see them, they can make the effort and come over to see them in real life!!! Raashidas daddy hasnt ben by since her birthday and he only calls her when hes drunk so I have to step in and that starts a huge fight and then hes back to not contacting her.

Carlos is a little bit better about seeing BJ only I cant stand the bitch hes with now. i dont think she deserves to spend any time with my BJ!! She dont like Carlos coming over to my place so its hard to arrange a visit.

As far as the rest of my friends. I do take snaps with there faces in them but they never like how they turn out and they tell me if i post them, they will kill me!!! The truth is i think maybe some of them are running away from something or someone and dont want to take any chances! But hey, thats OK with me. They are nice people and deserve a chance to be happy.

Also, I think it makes me seem very mysterious!!

New Tattoo

Well, I'm thinking about gettin another tattoo but I am not really sure yet. I already have a couple of small ones but I think I might want another one!! Nothing to big, but just something

different.

So that is my problem for this week. I am lookin forward to a bitchin holiday weekend with lots of parties and fireworks (both inside and out)!!! Raashida is really looking forward to seeing the fireworks. Clintus has filled her head with all these big ideas!! She even gave me a "present" for the 4th - she did this while she was at my moms and of course i couldnt be mad at her cause she's just so dam cute!!
