Apartment Progress Update

Not a lot to blog about - just getting organinzed at my apartment.

I got some plants on the patio. It took a while to get them all done and boy is it HOT!!!

Also, I set up baby Jesus with his own corner of the room. Raashida was not happy to share, but she understands. I tell ya, that girl always surprises me with how smart she is!! She is going to be someone real important some day!! Anyway, here is a snap of BJ's side of the room.

I also finished my bathroom - now I spend a LOT of time in there so it dont bother me to drop some serious scratch on decorating it. I even painted it!! Well Chuck really did, but i picked out the color!! It is by far my most favorite room so far!!!

Honey, I won't blog about the positions I have ben in cause it might shock some of you!! let me just say that the next morning - WOW are my arms, legs and back sore!! The trials I have ben through are mostly around my moms trailer. When we were kids, we would always take the same trial to the store or school or the pool and now everyone takes them!!

Apartment Decorating

It is so nice to be back to normal life, I cant tell you!! Just normal working hours, no big trips or any big surprises!! I have had time to focus on getting my apartment in order finally. it seems like we just moved in but I still have stuff in boxes!!

I have ideas for all the rooms, its just getting myself organized enough to pull it off. I finally got Raashida's big girl bed and she is lovin it!! She decided she wants her room done in all TinkerBell decorations so I found these sheets for her bed and she is just over the moon!! I am not sure what to do for baby Jesus's room. Right now he sleeps in my room, but I am going to have to move him out sooner or later, he will be 1 year old before you know it! He is sure growing up so fast.

I really want to de-clutter everything so as I am going through my boxes alot of things are going to go to Wanda and Clintus cause we really dont need them. Wanda is always telling me how much she loves my stuff, now she can have some of it. I feel the need to just make things simple. no more "extra" stuff hanging around. I'm going to start seriously recycling to. My mom made this vase from some old tiles that she had. I think it turned out really good and it is a good idea to help the environment. We already use the bags but I want to try and do more.

Well that is all I have for now - I hope everyone is doing fine and ya'll need to start blogging more often - you know who are!!

Back to Normal

OMG, remember when I said I thought something was going on with KiKi and Ernie? Well it is!! We caught them red handed in Vegas and now they just told us THEY GOT MARRIED IN VEGAS!!!! Everyone was real mad that we didnt get to go to the wedding but thats just how KiKi is. She said he asked her along time ago but the time was never right. So when we went to Vegas, she thought Why Not?! I knew something was up when she was not sleeping in our hotel room!!!

thats all I got time for right now, i am way to tired and need to get some sleep before Raashida and baby Jesus wake up!!!

Home Sweet Home

We had a total blast in Vegas but I am sure glad to be back home!! I dont think i could make it a week there - but it sure was fun!!! I have lots of snaps to post so here we go.

Here is our hotel. It was totally awesome. All the people that worked there were super nice and helpful!

We did get to hang at the pool for a while to. It was so hot and the pool was always crowded! Lots to look at if you get what i'm sayin!!!

Heres a couple of the showgirls we got to work with while we were there. they were all really cool and were tellin us how much money that we could make if we moved there. I dont know about that, deep down, I am just a small town girl. I dont think i would do well in a big city like Vegas.

Here's some random snaps of our trip to the strip. some of the hotels were totally awesome and pretty expensive i'm sure!

We ate lunch one day at the harley davidson cafe, it was really neat to see all those bikes! it reminded me of Raashidas daddy, he rode a bike all over. I really loved that bike and we had a lot of good times on it!!!

On our last night we went to the coyote ugly bar at the New York, New York hotel. We had a totally awesome time!!

Overall, we had a great time, but I am really glad to be back home! I slept alot when we got back, even though Chuck was waiting for me!! Well, we did manage to get in a little boom boom in!! I showed him some moves the showgirls taught us and he LOVED it!!!
